RETURNS

To change or cancel a subscribed course, the user must contact Dviation Solutions Sdn Bhd. Contact details can be found in the Dviation E-Learning Web Page. If a change / cancellation is made 3 days or more prior to the existing session start time the course fee will be refunded and no attempt will be registered for assessment (for courses with examination). If the change / cancellation is undertaken within 3 days before the existing session start time, the full course fees will be forfeited and the assessment will be registered as an attempt (for course with examination).

Proof of purchase / payment is required in order to support your return, application..

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your refund request is received and verified, we will send you ana notification email email to notify will be send to notify that we have received your refund request you that we have received your refund request. If your request are approved, then your refund will be processed , and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment , esestimated within 2 weeks after the refund is approved.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly please check with your credit card / bank account. Then contact your credit card / bank company and please note that , it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced courses may be refunded upon approval, unfortunately on-sale or promotional training courses cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only re-schedule courses / training if there are up to specific cases which is reviewed from time to time. If you need to exchange a course do send us an email at [email protected]
